- 3 years of experience in concrete construction, with previous foreman or lead experience preferred.
- Experience leading and directing concrete crews of 5 employees.
- Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing, and related construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Ability to coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily work activities.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, and/or agricultural concrete projects.
- Ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to document labor, equipment hours, materials, and daily production.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a field crew.
- Reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Trimble, Leica, total stations, or similar construction technology is a plus.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
