A bit about us:
We are a consulting engineering firm focused on supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across the U.S. Our work centers on bringing complex electrical and mechanical systems online for environments where uptime, reliability, and performance are non-negotiable.
The team partners closely with owners, contractors, and operators to ensure systems are installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and delivered ready for operation. Projects are fast-paced and highly coordinated, requiring strong communication, planning, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Why join us?
This is a role for someone who wants to be in the field, close to the work, and directly responsible for outcomes. You’ll spend time on active project sites during the week and typically return home on weekends.
The environment is structured but collaborative. Expectations are clear, and follow-through matters. Teams operate with a focus on preparation, accountability, and consistent communication. The work is visible, and the impact is immediate—systems you help commission go directly into operation, supporting critical infrastructure.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, full benefits coverage including employer-paid medical, retirement plan with company contribution, and paid time off.
