Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school:
- Active bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) in the applicable jurisdiction
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, which may include acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, and development matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills related to real estate agreements
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality client service
