We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to support our partners on large, complex litigation matters in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with large commercial litigation matters from discovery through resolution
- Conduct document review, legal research, and substantive legal writing
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Work closely with partners as a second chair on complex cases
:• Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong document review, research, and writing skills
- Experience taking and defending deposititions
- Experience drafting motions and other pleadings
- Active Oregon Bar membership
- Professional, motivated, and able to thrive in a friendly, fast paced environment
