Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Serve as second chair on trials for assigned cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, briefs, and client communications
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and practical guidance
- Handle court appearances, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient case progress
- Collaborate with partners and team members to problem-solve and deliver high-quality legal work
