You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Responsibilities: Lead a team of designers and associate engineers with an efficient, problem-solving management style while ensuring clear communication between clients and the company Manage projects (i.e., High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and restaurants) Establish and oversee design criteria while following general design standards Establish project parameters to ensure timely and high-quality plan delivery Work directly with the Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 6 years in Land Development Client, Project, and Team Management Skills Budget and Financial Planning Proficiency in AutoCAD EIT and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferredInterested in hearing more?
