We are looking to hire multiple innovative Chef Managers to join our culinary team. As a Chef Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our kitchen units, helping with developing innovative recipes, managing a team, and ensuring the highest quality of food service. Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
2. Certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Certified Executive Chef (CEC) preferred.
3. Hold a current ServeSafe certification.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious recipes.
6. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
9. Strong business acumen, with an understanding of budgeting, cost control, and food service profitability.
10. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, with a focus on recipe development and management.
