We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our team in the Automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make a significant impact by driving financial and operational strategies to improve our financial health. You will be responsible for all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, tax, audit, and general ledger management.

Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our team in the Automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make a significant impact by driving financial and operational strategies to improve our financial health. You will be responsible for all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, tax, audit, and general ledger management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Manage financial risk, conduct financial health assessments, and implement strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to guide the company's decision-making process.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, coordinate audits, and manage the general ledger.
- Develop and implement strategies for expense management and cost reduction.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to secure advantageous terms.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits planning process to ensure competitiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, providing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and Reynolds & Reynolds software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Sales or Automotive industry.
- Proven experience in financial management, FP&A, budgeting, accounting, tax, audit, and general ledger management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated experience in expense management, negotiations, and financial health assessments.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Reynolds & Reynolds software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Proven ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
