This role is responsible for overseeing all campus functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving enrollment and retention outcomes, and fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture.

We are seeking an experienced Campus President to provide strategic, operational, and academic leadership for a growing campus. This role is responsible for overseeing all campus functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving enrollment and retention outcomes, and fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across academics, operations, enrollment, finance, and student services
- Develop and execute campus-level strategic plans aligned with institutional goals
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and licensing requirements
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable senior campus leadership and department heads
- Drive student success metrics, retention, and graduation outcomes
- Manage campus budget, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and regulators
- Serve as the face of the campus internally and externally
- Required Prior experience as a Campus President or equivalent profession (non-negotiable)
- Proven executive leadership within higher education or postsecondary institutions
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities
- Experience managing multi-department teams and complex campus operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive enrollment, compliance, and student outcomes
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
