We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle a diverse caseload across real estate, contested probate, small claims, and business litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage an active litigation caseload including legal research, drafting pleadings, meeting deadlines, and preparing filings
- Meet with potential new clients, existing clients, paralegals, and internal staff to support case progress
- Assist with out-of-state matters when needed and collaborate closely with the lead attorney
- Support overall firm operations by contributing to case strategy and maintaining steady weekly billable output
- Prior civil litigation experience with the ability to independently handle pleadings, research, deadlines, and client interaction
- Bilingual Spanish preferred with interest or experience in real estate, probate, and business litigation
- Licensed in Arizona, with openness to supporting matters in additional states as needed
