You'll be a dedicated controls tech on a large K-12 school district contract in the Tampa area. The role involves troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and optimizing building automation systems with a focus on JCI Metasys: commissioning and tuning controls on AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTUs; diagnosing BACnet IP, Modbus and LonWorks network issues; chasing down low-voltage wiring and device problems; and helping with Niagara N4 commissioning, programming and graphics

Job Details
You'll be a dedicated controls tech on a large K-12 school district contract in the Tampa area. MUST HAVE:
- 2 years of field BAS/HVAC Controls experience
- Experience with the Johnson Controls Metasys platform
- Clean driving record
NICE TO HAVE:
- Tridium Niagara 4 commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting
- Experience with K-12 or higher education facilities
- BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus
