Job Details
The Billing Analyst will support the end-to-end billing cycle, working closely with finance, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with contractual terms and billing guidelines
Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Project Teams) to ensure accuracy of billing data
Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support revenue tracking, reporting, and reconciliation efforts
Maintain and improve billing processes and documentation
Assist with client inquiries related to billing and invoicing
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
Qualifications
2 years of billing, revenue, or financial operations experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
eDiscovery
Professional services
SaaS / technology environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience working with complex billing structures or client contracts
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
