You'll be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and staff — and your ability to communicate warmly and professionally in both English and Spanish will be essential to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system with accuracy and professionalism
- Route calls efficiently to the appropriate staff members
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and mail handling
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 3 years of experience managing a busy multi-line phone system
- 1 years in a law firm setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and a warm, professional phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal case management software experience a plus
