Job Details
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours)
Setting: Center-Based
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee treatment planning and clinical programming for your caseload
Provide supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure long-term client success
Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data and outcomes
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field
Strong clinical skills across skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff
Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes
