Job Details

**Litigation Associate Attorney**

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice handling complex business, real estate, banking and creditor matters in a collaborative, trial-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and court filings with high attention to quality and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and client advisement
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and case management
  

**Qualifications**

• Juris Doctor with active and good standing Texas bar license
• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Experience with commercial litigation, real estate disputes, banking or creditor matters preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining high work quality
• Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
