This position provides an opportunity to work on sophisticated fund formation and investment management matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Structure and form hedge funds, private equity funds, and credit funds
- Draft and negotiate limited partnership agreements and subscription documents
- Advise on SEC registration and ongoing compliance for investment advisers
- Negotiate seed capital arrangements and management company structures
- Handle prime brokerage, ISDA, and trading documentation
- Support fund sponsors on carried interest and compensation arrangements
- Manage regulatory filings and assist with SEC examinations
