We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Electro-mechanical Assembler. This role involves assembling parts and components to produce high-quality products according to specified plans and blueprints. The successful candidate will be a key player in our production process, ensuring that all items are put together precisely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.

Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting product blueprints and assembly instructions.

- Assemble components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering

- Assembling components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
- Identifying potential problems or inconsistencies in the assembly process and taking appropriate action to rectify them.
- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the assembly process or finished products.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve assembly processes and product quality.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a role requiring similar skills.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with the assembly process or finished products.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and product quality.
- A strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.
