A bit about us:
Founded over six decades ago, with operations across the United States and globally, we are a manufacturing organization that develops engineered fluid power and hydraulic system solutions for demanding industrial and mobile equipment applications. Our advanced systems teams integrate these technologies directly onto OEM platforms to validate performance, optimize functionality, and transition successful configurations into scalable production solutions
Why join us?
· Step into an established, high-performing engineering team with strong internal visibility
· Own customer-facing system integration projects from concept through production transition
· Work on real equipment—vehicle fit-up, prototype builds, and validation
· Direct impact on both technical execution and commercial success
· Competitive compensation structure with bonus and full benefits
Job Details
This role assumes leadership of an established advanced systems engineering group responsible for delivering retrofit and system integration solutions across automation, electrification, and fluid power applications. The team operates in a hands-on environment, working directly with customer equipment to develop, validate, and transition solutions into scalable or production-ready implementations.

· Manage prototype builds, vehicle fit-up, and technical center operations
· Maintain and improve development processes, documentation, and execution standards
· Act as key technical interface with global engineering teams for technology transfer
· Partner with sales on customer engagements—solution definition, demos, and technical positioning
· Own project outcomes including technical success and commercial viability
· Provide Voice of Customer feedback to internal product teams
· Support and mentor applications engineering teams on advanced system solutions
What You Bring (Experience & Capability)
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (Master’s preferred)
· 5 years developing electrohydraulic, controls, or integrated system solutions
· 3 years leading engineering teams or technical groups
· Experience inheriting or managing established teams and driving execution
· Background in vehicle systems, mobile equipment, or retrofit applications
· Strong fluid power electronic controls integration experience
· Hands-on experience with prototyping, debugging, and validation
· Experience working directly with customers on custom system solutions
· Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
