This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly professional team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling accounts payable, with a focus on invoicing, processing ACH payments, preparing income statements, and managing AP functions. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. Responsibilities:1. Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.2. Maintain and process ACH payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures.3. Prepare and present detailed income statements, providing insights into company's financial status and performance.4. Oversee AP functions, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded, filed, and reported.5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.7. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.8. Provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.9. Participate in quarterly and annual audits.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.4. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.5. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.6. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.7. Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.8. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems efficiently.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.10. Proficiency in English and in MS Office.11. Knowledge of an accounting software will be an added advantage.12. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.13.
