Responsibilities

As a Permanent Accounting Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to

• Leading and managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm.
• Providing technical accounting advice, guidance, and support to clients on a variety of business transactions including mergers & acquisitions, consolidations, and divestitures.
• Evaluating the financial implications of various business decisions and advising clients on optimal strategies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform accounting services.
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Proactively managing business development activities for new and existing clients.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to help them reach their full potential.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Permanent Accounting Advisory Manager, candidates must possess the following qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a public accounting or consulting firm, with a focus on financial advisory and consulting services.
• Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements and leading teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting issues, and experience with all aspects of the accounting cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear, concise terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated business development skills and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
