- Schedule: Full time clinic coverage and 2-3 days of OR time (36 hours per week, days/time flexible). May include 1-2 days per month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids. Will discuss current schedule needs further during phone interview. Clinic and OR in Stevens Point. System call, based out of Wausau 7-10 days per month to include one weekend-variable depending on Stevens Point commitment length.

- Volume/ Cases per day: 16 patients per day
- Required Certifications (Fellowship, Certs): BLS
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 APPs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff
- Credentialing Timeframe/Options: 60-90 days
