- Licensing Requirements: IA or IMLC
- Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5, Fridays 8-12. Provider on call will assist in clinic during the day for urgent matters.
- Call Expectation: Clinic & Call
- Skills Required: Routine delivery -Vaginal -Low forceps (preferred) -Decision-making for c-section (preferred)
- Volume/ Cases per day: 15-20 patients per day
- Required Certifications (Fellowship, Certs): ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Support Staff: 2 RNs,1 MA, 3 APPs, 2 Office Staff
- Credentialing Timeframe/Options: 30 Days
