As a Consulting Copy of Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for you in the Accounting and Finance industry. As a Consulting Copy of Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
Responsibilities
As a Consulting Copy of Data Entry Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Accurate and efficient entry of financial data into our database, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting any errors.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and documents.
- Collaborating with the finance and accounting team to ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data.
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
