- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and maintain schedules for the Site Leader and team members.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for Site Leaders and other team members as needed.
- Expense Report Processing: Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Education: 2 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience: 1 year of experience managing travel reservations.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
