Responsibilities
- Lead a team of psychologists, social workers, and addiction counselors, providing clinical supervision and guidance.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current CA state licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and billing systems.
