Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Executive Director. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all department leadership and operations in achieving company mission, values, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and implement a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations, including setting priorities and job assignments.
- Monitor each department's activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, assist, and observe coaches and disciplines as needed.
- Exhibit positive customer service both to internal and external customers through the ongoing support and implementation of customer service initiatives and business objectives.
- Ensure consultants and other support resources are appropriately utilized, all staff are appropriately trained, and a high level of interdepartmental teamwork is maintained.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in health administration, Gerontology, Business, Marketing, or another related field is required.
- A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.
