- Oversight of production, quality control, and safety with 7 direct reports and around 250 indirect reports.
- Development and implementation of manufacturing strategies to enhance production efficiency and meet targets.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, planning, and quality assurance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
- Drive initiatives to improve product quality and reliability.
