Podiatrist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our SNF Clinical Provider division at Preferred Podiatry Group, an Assembly Health Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, independent living facilities, and assisted living facilities across various states.
- Treat high-risk patient groups, including the elderly and infirm.
- Deliver foot health education to patients.
- Collaborate with nursing facility healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Participate in Medicare-mandated quality measure programs to demonstrate exceptional care standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in LTC or Nursing Home facility spaces is preferred.
