Requirements
- Normally requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 or more years' experience with member cooperative and/or GROWMARK in a leadership and management capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen partnerships, assess business opportunities, and negotiate agreements with others inside and outside the organization.
