We're looking for a Professional Salon Management Expert to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Ensure that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
- Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it always looks its best.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
