Job Description
The Business Development Director will play a key role in driving the growth of Milesopedia's business through strategic partnerships and client relations. This role will involve developing and executing partnership plans, managing existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and maintain existing partner relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prospect and engage new potential partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align partnership efforts with the company's overall strategies and objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, conferences, or networking opportunities.
