Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of new business development experience, preferably in data center construction or mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in business development software (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
The Director of National Data Center Projects will be responsible for developing and managing the execution of the sales plan. This includes identifying and pursuing mission-critical data center projects nationally, creating and expanding ARCO's footprint in the market, and establishing top-of-mind awareness in the industry.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with data center industry professionals and coordinate with various teams within ARCO. Travel may be required up to 40% of the time.
