Synopsis
We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving vendor management best practice implementation through data analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to disseminate vendor management tools and resources, ensuring adherence to best practices and tracking impact of vendor resets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Contract Summary approval process (e.g., no contracts are signed without SVP approval)
- Work closely with Hub director and cross-functional stakeholder to update vendor management playbook
- Create and maintain repositories or team sites for tools & references (e.g., repositories of QBRs, stakeholder mapping)
- Lead maturity assessment of VMOs or equivalent vendor management functions within Ops business groups, identifying capability and talent gaps and developing plan to address them
- Provide expert analytical support for vendor management business operations
- Evaluate data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; escalate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
- Identify and mitigate vendor baseline risks / opportunities and develop plan to execute resets
- Collaborate with VMOs to collect vendor performance data and artifacts (e.g., QBRs)
- Support vendor managers in conducting resets through dissemination of toolkit
- Quantify investments/savings associated with vendor resets, as applicable
- Deliver insights on priority vendor performance; maintain vendor performance dashboard
- Monitor adherence to new processes and tools & track success of the hub through specific impact and adoption metrics
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
