A Path of Care Hospice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Director. This role will oversee our daily office and clinical operations, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible.

- Work with HR to recruit, hire, and train new employees.

- Develop performance improvement plans and educate employees on infection control and abuse recognition.
- Oversee the branch's annual budget, accounting for financial impacts of admissions, discharges, and recertifications.
Requirements:
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- ~1 year of hospice experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies.
