Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Rock Creek Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Provide personal care services, such as feeding, ambulation, and vital sign monitoring.
- Encourage resident participation in activities and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and communication with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful as a Care Partner, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a love for working with seniors.
- The ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
