Job Summary:
The Dispensary General Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Clinton County, Pennsylvania-based cannabis dispensary. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant business transactions, providing superior customer service, and coordinating staff responsibilities to achieve positive and productive store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and train staff to efficiently handle sales and provide exceptional customer service
- Effectively delegate tasks and actions to floor staff to optimize productivity
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews to maximize efficiency and cultivate teamwork
- Maintain accurate inventory management and reconciliation
- Serve as a liaison to the local community and area health providers
Requirements:
- Significant managerial experience, preferably in a cannabis retail environment
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
- Proficiency with computer usage, including retail point-of-sale software and MS Office applications
- Able to pass state-mandated background checks
