Position Title: Associate Dean and Faculty
Azusa Pacific University seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Associate Dean and Faculty in the School of Nursing. This is a full-time faculty position with administrative responsibilities.

- Ability to develop and evaluate new and existing programs.

- Desire and ability to maintain an active research program and scholarly activities.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring faculty.
- Participation in faculty and program governance.
- Ability to manage budgets.
The Associate Dean of Nursing reports directly to the Dean and will be primarily responsible for providing support for graduate programs and fostering expanded opportunities for faculty scholarship and research.
This position requires a terminal degree and a minimum of five years of teaching experience in higher education, with demonstrated success in administrative work. Experience in a Christian university setting demonstrating ability to integrate Christian values in all aspects is preferred.
