\n- Lead, coach, and develop a supply chain operations team by setting priorities, managing performance, conducting regular reviews, and supporting professional growth.
- Oversee daily supply chain activities involving third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, distribution centers, inventory management, vendor onboarding, and customer escalations.
- Act as the primary communication hub across supply chain functions to ensure contractual service levels, customer expectations, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate project initiatives, seasonal planning, and peak-period operations with internal teams and external partners to support replenishment, fulfillment, and delivery targets.
- Manage holiday and peak-volume operational planning, including capacity forecasting, trailer scheduling, logistics coordination, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
- Monitor key operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support business transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of more efficient systems, workflows, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or a similar environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams, with proven ability to manage performance and develop employees.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and third-party logistics management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
