You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to transform emerging AI capabilities into impactful products.
As a key contributor to a zero-to-one product initiative, you will help define new ways of delivering value through intelligent, customer-focused solutions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to influence AI adoption and build products that improve financial accessibility and customer outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new generation of AI-powered customer experiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful customer value and transform complex ideas into scalable product solutions.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to explore, build, and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, customer support, legal, compliance, and other business functions to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Drive experimentation and iteration by launching solutions quickly, gathering insights, and continuously improving product experiences.
  • Support the growth and evolution of product management practices by contributing to strong processes, collaboration, and team culture.
  • Translate business needs, customer insights, and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience building and launching successful products that deliver strong customer value.
  • Proven background in product management, including ownership of complex products, platforms, or large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced technology environments with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving significant technical complexity, such as architecture changes, data initiatives, or large-scale product transformations.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies and their practical applications.
  • Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams on architecture, systems design, and product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear strategies and actionable plans.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Passion for creating inclusive products that improve access, usability, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience taking products from concept to launch and scaling them over multiple years is considered an advantage.
