This is a full-time role based in Concord, Ontario, with an on-site working arrangement.
- Support the day-to-day operation and reliability of Windows and Linux server environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, investigate incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to drive timely resolution.
- Contribute to automation and configuration management initiatives that improve operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Perform system maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and other infrastructure lifecycle tasks.
- Partner with security, compliance, networking, application, and other technology teams to support enterprise initiatives.
- Help maintain secure, compliant, cost-efficient, and highly reliable infrastructure services.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across infrastructure operations, automation, and cloud environments.
- Support a globally distributed, follow-the-sun operating model and contribute to projects that enhance technology services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux server environments in enterprise settings.
- Experience with cloud technologies, with Azure certification or an equivalent cloud certification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell, Python, and YAML.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues using a structured and analytical approach.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience working collaboratively with security, compliance, application, networking, and infrastructure teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience with PowerApps, LogicApps, Ansible, or similar automation technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with infrastructure environments subject to security and compliance requirements, such as SOX, is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud cost management, optimization, or FinOps practices is desirable.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence are highly valued.

- Base salary: CA$81,000–CA$111,500 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
