\n- Lead the commercial evaluation of diagnostics platforms/assays and collaborate with R&D for registration-ready CDx.
- Build and align CDx commercialization strategies with corresponding Rx strategies considering global ambitions.
- Develop and implement plans for successful launch of CDx programs and partnerships.
- Build competitive advantage by understanding key customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Develop partnerships with test manufacturers, laboratories, and pathologists throughout the CDx lifecycle.
- Provide commercial diagnostics expertise and guidance across development teams.
- Educate stakeholders on CDx market and critical success factors.
- Expand access to testing globally to align CDx with precision medicine commercial goals.
- Support market launch readiness with global brand and local teams.
- Ensure payer coverage for CDx through collaboration with local teams and manufacturers.
- Track KPIs, including adoption rates and operational metrics.
- Oversee budgets for assigned initiatives.
- Develop strong customer relationships to drive business objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise to hematology franchise as needed.
- BA/BS Degree, MA/MS/PhD preferred.
- 10 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or diagnostic industries.
- Previous oncology precision medicine experience.
- Successful global launch experience for oncology companion diagnostics.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders for meaningful business impact.
- Independent working capability with senior stakeholders.
- Strong team player able to engage with diverse functions.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to translate insights into strategies and tactics.
