\n- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with defined OKRs
- Identify new product opportunities and contribute to shaping future strategic priorities and key results
- Set and manage priorities for a cross-functional team including design, engineering, and community specialists
- Collaborate closely with global community members and ambassadors to co-create impactful product solutions
- Partner with other product managers and departments to maintain alignment with broader organizational goals
- Drive iterative releases, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product features based on feedback
- Measure product performance using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to assess impact
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience managing user-facing digital or consumer web products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on product features
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile or iterative development environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey plans and outcomes
- Excellent listening and collaboration abilities, especially in diverse and distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
