\n- Accountabilities:
- Independently manage the full design lifecycle, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visual design and engineering handoff.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver high-value solutions.
- Expand and maintain the design system, defining new components, patterns, and documentation standards.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and user-focused design culture.
- Requirements:
- 5–7 years of product design experience with a proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
- Experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS product design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
- Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and making data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with commercial trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and/or construction.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, or other design stages.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
