From service blueprints and journey mapping to prototyping and final delivery, you will drive the design lifecycle while ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives. \n- Lead the end-to-end design of mobile products, from research and strategy to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
- Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design decisions and guide development.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to align on digital vision and product goals.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure user needs and business objectives are balanced.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across mobile platforms.
- Support iterative product development by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-focused work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration and presentations.
- Proven ability to ship digital products within cross-functional teams using iterative design processes.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and explain design rationale clearly.
- Systems thinking with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising quality.
- Strong UX research, strategy, and problem discovery skills.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
