What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to bridge the gap between business strategy and user needs. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, and commercial teams to define a shared digital vision and take full ownership of your squad’s UX strategy—from service blueprints and journey maps to final delivery.

Beyond execution, you will lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders, driving the entire design lifecycle through prototyping and iteration. You will be a champion for the user, ensuring every solution balances impactful customer experiences with core business goals.

• Education & Career:3 years of experience designing digital products with a proven track record of success. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas clearly.
• Product Delivery: Proven track record of shipping digital products within cross-functional teams, utilizing iterative processes based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with tactical, detailed execution.
• UX Research & Strategy: Proactive approach to problem discovery, ensuring product roadmaps are focused on solving the right user challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or missing a beat.
• Language:Advanced English is mandatory for professional collaboration and global presentations.

• Experience designing or optimizing back-office tools and internal systems.
