As Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will own the strategy and execution behind new customer acquisition for a growing B2B SaaS platform. You’ll build a predictable, scalable demand generation engine focused on qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue. The role spans paid media, SEO, AI-powered search, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization. You’ll lead a high-performing marketing team while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, Web, Brand, and other go-to-market functions. With significant ownership of investment and performance, you’ll use data and experimentation to determine where growth opportunities exist. You’ll also help embed AI into marketing workflows to accelerate execution, improve insights, and uncover new ways to scale.
\n- Own and execute the customer acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, AI-powered search (AEO), integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
- Build and optimize programs that generate qualified pipeline, opportunities, and ARR while improving conversion throughout the funnel.
- Forecast pipeline and evaluate acquisition performance, using data to identify opportunities and guide investment decisions.
- Lead demand planning and integrated campaign execution across Marketing, coordinating closely with Content, Brand & Identity, Web, Customer Marketing, PR, and GTM Development.
- Manage demand generation investment, including allocating budgets across channels and scaling programs with the strongest business impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to align acquisition strategy with broader go-to-market objectives and revenue outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on Paid Acquisition and SEO, fostering accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI for campaign planning, search optimization, reporting, workflow automation, and performance analysis.
- Communicate performance, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and help drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with direct ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, AEO, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, with experience measuring funnel performance and using data to guide marketing investments.
- Experience managing a marketing budget exceeding CAD $1M.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Partnerships, and other go-to-market functions.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
- Builder mindset with strong ownership, accountability, bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing execution, search optimization, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Experience marketing to enterprise IT audiences—particularly Microsoft 365 administrators, IT operations, governance, or cybersecurity buyers—is a strong advantage.
