\n- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable cash-plus-coaching initiatives
- Design and develop digital and hybrid coaching solutions, including chatbots, video content, and structured learning tools
- Translate behavioral science and coaching methodologies into practical, scalable product features
- Collaborate with country teams to pilot, test, and refine coaching interventions in real-world environments
- Build and manage partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and research institutions
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and project delivery from concept to rollout
- Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to validate impact and optimize program effectiveness
- Contribute to thought leadership, research collaboration, and external positioning in the sector
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in economic inclusion, graduation programs, or cash-plus interventions
- Proven experience building or scaling digital coaching or learning products (e.g., chatbots, apps, or digital curricula)
- Strong understanding of behavioral science, coaching frameworks, and evidence-based program design
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or international organizations
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French are a plus
- Bonus: experience with AI tools, digital platforms (e.g., messaging apps, IVR), or government partnerships
