Senior Contracts Analyst - REMOTE

• Draft, generate, interpret, negotiate, and manage agreements, including those incorporating U.S. Government contracting requirements.
• Review, interpret and process internal requests submitted by Strategic Business Units to support business objectives.
• Conduct terms summary analysis to support risk identification and mitigation.
• Communicate contractual issues to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Maintain documentation and archival of contract artifacts.
• Support cross-team collaboration for tool development and continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal/external discussions to support business goals.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to contract information.
• Prior experience in contract administration and interpretation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to various organizational levels.
