\n- Partner with business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize system requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Document business requirements and functional specifications
- Evaluate software solutions for alignment with business objectives
- Drive functional and technical design across systems
- Support system implementations and upgrades
- Coordinate system integrations and reporting solutions
- Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate across departments to deliver system solutions
- Develop project plans and deliverables for system initiatives
- Facilitate end-user reviews and stakeholder sessions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop training materials and support end-user training
- Mentor junior team members and foster best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a retail environment
- Experience with PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based PLM platforms
- Experience with Oracle Retail Suite is preferred
- Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
- Proficient in gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
