You will play a key role in translating complex operational requirements into clear functional specifications that guide design, development, and implementation across multiple enterprise systems. - Lead end-to-end business and functional requirements gathering across digital, operational, and enterprise workflows.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions to align on solution scope and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to support system design, integration, and implementation activities.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope control and delivery quality.
- Support vendor evaluation processes, including RFP development and SaaS platform selection.
- Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process and system gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, or DXP/DAM systems.
- Proven expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and functional solution design.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms, system integrations, APIs, and relational databases.
- Experience working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale system implementation initiatives.
- Non-profit or mission-driven organization experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, enterprise environments.
